Construction Sales (Calgary)
We are looking for a Talented Sales Person to join our Alberta Office in Calgary.
Atlas Anchor Systems (B.C.) Ltd. (Atlas) is an industry leader in selling, providing, and maintaining permanent fall protection systems.
Responsibilites include:
· maintenance of existing clients / projects
· offering a full range of products and services to new and existing clients
· education of customers about equipment and its intended application
· coordination with all personnel to ensure prompt customer service
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years outside sales experience
· Construction experience a must
· Successful experience working with architects, contractors, CM's and/or developers is preferred
· Strong geographical knowledge of Alberta
· Must possess a valid drivers' license
· Strong command of the English language.
We are looking for a technical representative who is computer literate and has strong communication skills. The ability to read structural and architectural drawings is a definite asset. The right applicant will be professional and thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. ESTIMATOR (Burnaby, B.C.)
Atlas Anchor Systems (B.C.) Ltd. is looking for an Estimator to join our team.
Atlas is an industry leader in designing, providing, and maintaining permanent fall protection equipment and systems. The estimator works with Building and Property Managers, Building Owners and Operators, Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, and Developers to help them comply with Fall Protection Requirements
The successful applicant will become well versed in the bidding process, preparing proposals, bids, and tenders. The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
Will have technical knowledge of construction, steel, and concrete.
Will have solid experience reading architectural and structural drawings.
Will be familiar with construction documentation
The ability to write professional correspondence.
Some engineering knowledge is preferred.
CAD experience is beneficial.
Strength in character and conviction.
Will have strong computer skills (MS Office)
